Refund Policy

LASERS currently does not offer paid in-app purchases. Rewarded-ad benefits such as attempts, lives, or hints are virtual gameplay rewards and are not purchases, have no monetary value, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Future purchases

If paid products are added later, this policy and the Google Play listing will be updated before those products are offered. Purchases made through Google Play will also be subject to Google Play refund rules and mandatory consumer law.

Technical problems

For missing ad rewards or technical issues, email lasers.support@gmail.com with the app version, device model, level or challenge, approximate time, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or financial credentials.
