Privacy Policy

Lasers - Puzzle Escape Game is developed and published by Nicolae Goslan. This policy explains how information may be processed when you use the game.

1. Information processed by the game

Lasers - Puzzle Escape Game does not require a user account and does not intentionally collect your name, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, microphone data, camera data, messages, or payment-card details.

2. How information is used

Information is used to run the game, save progress, deliver optional rewarded ads, grant confirmed rewards, process and restore purchases, understand gameplay and feature use when Analytics is allowed, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve reliability and game balance.

3. Rewarded advertising

Lasers - Puzzle Escape Game uses Unity LevelPlay mediation and may use Unity Ads, ironSource Ads, and other networks configured in LevelPlay. Rewarded ads are initiated by the player. Providers may process identifiers and interaction data to deliver, measure, secure, and where permitted personalize ads.

Ad availability and personalization depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, network inventory, and provider policies.

4. Optional Unity Analytics

Unity Analytics remains disabled until you make an explicit choice in the game. If you allow Analytics, the game sends the anonymous analytics information described above to Unity to measure gameplay, onboarding, level balance, rewarded-ad outcomes, settings use, and cross-promotion performance. Analytics is not used to collect your name, email address, or text that you type.

You can allow or disable Analytics at any time using the Analytics switch in Settings. Disabling it stops further Analytics event collection on that device. You may contact us to request information about data-access or deletion options.

5. Consent and privacy choices for advertising

The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and store advertising consent where required. LevelPlay is initialized only when UMP reports that ads may be requested. Users in applicable regions may accept, reject, or manage available purposes and vendors. Device-level advertising choices may also be available in Android settings.

When required by UMP, you can reopen the advertising consent form through Settings > Privacy choices. Advertising consent is separate from the Unity Analytics choice described above.

6. Third-party services

The app may use Unity Technologies services, including Unity Analytics, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource Ads, Unity IAP, diagnostics, and mediated advertising partners. Google provides Google Play distribution, billing, entitlement, and User Messaging Platform services. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and legal responsibilities.

7. Data sharing and sale

Data may be shared with providers that operate ads, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, hosting, and app distribution. We do not directly sell personal information. Some laws define personalized advertising as a sale or sharing; applicable opt-out choices are honored through consent and privacy controls.

8. Storage, retention, and deletion

Local progress and consent preferences remain on the device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Analytics, advertising, billing, and technical providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. You can stop future Analytics collection from Settings and manage advertising choices through Privacy choices where available. For a privacy, access, or deletion request, contact us using the address below.

9. Children

Lasers - Puzzle Escape Game is not directed to children under 13. Do not select a child audience in Google Play unless the app, advertising configuration, age handling, and SDKs are updated to comply with the Google Play Families policy and applicable child-privacy laws.

10. International processing and security

Providers may process data outside your country. We and our providers use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information about personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to submit a request.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated when the game, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain available on this page.
